The Delaware Environmental Education Partnership (D.E.E.P) is
an alliance of agencies, organizations, groups and individuals
that provide environmental education in Delaware County. D.E.E.P.
strives to develop environmental stewards that understand their
relationships with natural resources and make informed and responsible
decisions to conserve these resources in Delaware County and
the rest of the world.

The Center is located at 2830-B Fisher Rd, Columbus, just
off I-70.
A Columbus
nonprofit dedicated to reducing the amount of waste going to
our landfills and makes them available to teachers, artists
and nonprofit organizations at no charge other than a small
annual membership fee. WNC keeps 60 to 70 TONS of materials
(or more) each year out of our landfills.
They also
partner with TerraCycle, a nationally-based company that recycles
or upcycles previously non-recyclable or hard-to-recycle waste
into products like park benches, tote bags and flower pots that
are then sold by major retailers such as Wal-Mart and Whole
Foods Market. The center will receive 1 or 2 cents per piece
for these packages: Capri Sun & Other Drink Pouches; Candy
Bar Wrappers (M&M's, Snickers, any brand); Cookie Packaging
(Trays & Wrappers); Chip Packaging (Doritos, Lays, any brand);
Lunchables Packaging (Trays & Wrappers); Napkin, Paper Towel
& Bath Tissue Packaging; Diaper & FLUSHABLE Moist Wipes
Packaging; Energy Bar Wrappers; Toothbrushes & Toothpaste
Tubes; Elmer's Glue Sticks & Bottles; Scotch Tape Cores
& Dispensers; Kashi Products Packaging; Beauty & Personal
Care Product Tubes, Bottles, Jars, etc. from ANY Manufacturer.
They are dropped off at the Waste Not Center any Thursday between
2-6 pm or the 2nd Sat of each month between 9-11:30am.
